Coach Karla: Maryland, United States; My name is Karla & I am a mom to a very active boy & my boyfriend's son every other week, a Team Beachbody Coach, a full-time employee & the owner of a home based business. I know that sounds like a lot, and it is... but the fullness of my life is the very reason I have taken on being a Team Beachbody Coach! Since mid-2007 I have painstakingly removed 50+ lbs and 10+ inches from my body. This is something I am very proud of & grateful for,... but I know I have almost as much left to go....
